About the site
How this site works
What it covers
Roll-off dumpster requests and the rules around them in Marion County (Indianapolis) and Madison County (Anderson, Pendleton, Alexandria, Elwood, Lapel, Ingalls). Nothing here is written by a city, a county or a hauler.
How facts are checked
Each figure comes from an official page where one exists: indy.gov, the City of Anderson, the Town of Pendleton, IDEM, the Census Bureau, or the operator of the site in question. We look for a second, independent source for each fact. When two sources disagree, the figure stays off the site until it is settled, and the page says so. Every page lists its sources and the date they were read.
Some facts have only one source because only one office publishes them, such as a city permit form or a landfill's own rate sheet. Those pages name the source so you can check it.
What happens to a request
When you send the form, your ZIP, project details and contact information go to up to three roll-off companies that serve that ZIP. They contact you with prices. You deal with them directly; we do not deliver boxes, collect payment or guarantee any company's work.
How the site pays for itself
Haulers pay for the requests they receive. That never changes the facts on these pages, and no company can pay to have a rule described differently.
