What the form collects
Name, phone, email, ZIP code, box size, project type, where the box would sit, timing, the page you sent it from, and the website that referred you. We also record that you ticked the consent box, the wording you agreed to, the time, your IP address and your browser type, so there is proof of permission if anyone asks.
Who receives it
Up to three roll-off companies that serve your ZIP code. Each one may contact you about your project by call, text or email, as the consent box says. Their own privacy terms apply once they have your details. We do not sell your information to marketers outside dumpster rental and hauling.
How it is stored
Requests are stored with our hosting provider and sent to us by email so they can be passed on. Duplicate requests from the same phone number within a day are dropped.
Your choices
- Reply STOP to any text from a company that contacts you.
- Email [email protected] to have your request deleted or to stop further sharing. We will pass the request on to every company that received your details.
Cookies
The site sets no advertising cookies. We use Google Analytics to count visits to these pages, and it stores its own small cookie in your browser for that count. Fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address as part of serving them.
Terms
The guides are general information about local rules as they read on the dates listed. They are not legal advice and do not replace a permit office's answer. Companies that respond to your request are independent businesses; we do not set their prices, check their insurance or guarantee their work. Use of the site is at your own risk to the extent the law allows.
